Can we have some of that snow? It's been above 0C for the past couple of days and lots of rain. Ick.
Not to defend the government or anything but without the proper aircraft to fly the gear over and no definitive place to put it I would have to say they should wait. At the same time I have to wonder why we don't have a team of soldiers with medical training who can go as the teams from Isreal, Argentina, China, Taiwan, etc, etc have gone. It looks a lot like the years of neglect for the military is catching up to the guys who write the cheques.
