I don't think any of these schmucks are from Ottawa. Martin is from Montreal, Layton is from Toronto, who cares where Duceppe is from, and Harper is from the dark side of the moon. I would suggest that they, and the rest of the bunch of idiots on the Hill, were corrupt and questionable long before they arrived in Ottawa.
