The day we arrived here, they had a wind warning we didn't hear on the radio but we sure as heck knew it was a wild one out there!! It blew from the west so we were driving into it. That was likely fortunate because some vehicles driving up toward Calgary got blown off the road into the ditch. Not fun.
Christmas night it began to snow a fine snow that accumulated plenty over night but not enough for the ski hills in this corner of Alberta.
Then the weather changed to be very nice. It was great for walking the pooch.
Steve took CoCo and met a friend with a young dog, Chip, and they hiked up the ski hill. The dogs had a dandy run. Chip was a bit too much of a teenager in dog years so CoCo took a round out of him which took the poor dog down a peg or two but then they carried on and had a good time together.
I should do this after we go home so we can visit some more with Jessica and Steve. The weather girl says it is blowing in another storm like we had Christmas evening so we want to get out ahead of it.
I'm outta here!
